Published by Shia Indian Muslims, the journal was unveiled by Hojat-ol-Islam Mahdavipur, representative of the Supreme Leader in India, at a ceremony held at Shia Grand Mosque in New Delhi.
Addressing the program, Mawlana Mohammad Mohsen Taqavi, Imam of the mosque, Seyyed Rais Jarchavi, the journal's editor in chief and Mawlana Qazanfar Abbas Tusi, eminent Indian preacher presented speeches on the character of Imam Khomeini and the services to be provided by the journal in literary, cultural and religious fields.
